Enthusiastic Volunteers Needed

The Boosters of Old Town are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to participate in our fund raising programs. Unlike most fund raising efforts, ours are fun. Answering the public's questions related to the Park and the history of the area often leads to lively and interesting discussions. Volunteers who man our store are provided training for meeting with the public as well as for manning the store. You may also conduct tours, and, if you're a ham at heart, possibly play the part of historic characters in interpretive skits put on for the tours. We would especially like to have descedants of Old Town families to participate in BOOT and park volunteer activities so that the heritage of these founding families could be presented to the public. We also need people with access to the potential large donors. If these activities tickle your fancy, consider joining us.
